Colorado's popular crop, sorghum, is the sustainability hero and drought solution superhero. 

Did you know? Ka-Pop's sorghum comes from Colorado & Kansas farms. 

Outside of the amazing nutritional benefits of sorghum, this crop uses approximately 40% less water than corn. It's a known fact that Colorado suffers from frequent droughts and we're happy to be a part of the solution as a local Colorado business.  Most of Ka-Pop's sorghum is 100% dry land farmed - zero irrigation. 

Sorghum's foe, corn, currently takes up over 200,000 acres of Colorado land and consumes close to 18 billion gallons of water.
